Great experience. Bread was fresh and butter was amazing. Definitely order it. Drinks (Hibiscus Harbor-Rita and University Fuzz) were fabulous- thank you Nick, both our bartender and our amazing server. Loved the main dishes (braised short ribs and St Louis Cut Ribs). Dessert’s weren’t the best - not fresh (brownie or the chocolate cake) but when we didn’t like the first one they existed we tried another). The chef came out to explain my skirt steak when I asked a question which was amazing. Felt cared for and I look forward to returning soon.

Cuba de Ayer is our family's favorite restaurant in the area. Our dining experience was outstanding, as usual. Once again, I ordered my favorite dish, shrimp in garlic sauce. The sauce is fantastic, especially when you dip the warm bread in it! The staff are always pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Cuba de Ayer.

The food was very flavorful and tasty, but the chicken was fried a little too hard. The service was excellent, but staff should not only wipe down tables, but also wipe off the chairs and sweeping the floors.
