When we got there, the host proceeded to seat us inside even though we had an outside reservation. She did not ask first if we wanted to sit inside or outside. So I asked to be seated outside as per my reservation. It was my birthday, and my sister had to get up to get one of the hosts to take our orders because we had no one come to ask if we wanted drinks to start off. We love the ambiance of the facility. But the staff need to be a bit more on their feet in getting orders.

Service was excellent. Everything I had was delicious. I believe their method of serving their meats helps cut down on waste so it’s very efficient you order what you want vs having someone walk to your table. Brunch is a favorite since it comes with bottomless mimosas. I think the buffet selection would benefit from having a several dessert options beyond the fruits.

We loved the whole atmosphere and entertainment!! A great place to go for great music and a fun time! It was a moderate noise level but perfect with kiddos and they loved seeing the live performer. It’s a great place to let loose and have fun!

This visit I utilized the Magical Dining menu. I have also eaten here on the All-you-can eat menu. The food is always excellent. The various marinades & dipping sauces enhance the flavors and don't hide the taste of the meat. Service has always been excellent. Knowledgeable and fast. Able to answer any question form ingredients to cooking times. I have nothing bad to say about Gyu! It's one my top places to eat in the West Orlando/Disney area!
