I requested a certain area to sit in and we were seated exactly where we wanted. Multiple staff made us feel so welcome- everyone working there was so nice and attentive. Food was delicious; great atmosphere. Have visited this restaurant once for dinner and twice now for breakfast during trips to DC. We will definitely return if in DC again. Love this place!

The Hamilton was absolutely perfect! I had a reservation at The Hamilton after a long evening event and the food was absolutely what I needed to relax and enjoy my Saturday night. The service was amazing and the sushi was so fresh. I also can’t stop thinking about the crab soup! The fact that there was so many gluten free options reminds me why I love this restaurant.

You never disappoint! The medley of assorted oysters on the half shell are unrivaled In the District. Our entrées of Seabass and Scallops were equally outstanding. Special thanks to our servers. One was Matthew our bartender who made me the finest Basil Hayden Manhattan and Julia our server Who couldn’t have been more professional, helpful and fun. An enjoyable evening all around. We LOVE Zatinya - the food and even the cocktails don't disappoint. My only criticism is that last night, given my reservation reflected that it was my birthday and the host even mentioned it - I was surprised to be shown to what is probably the worst table in the restaurant - basically between the entrance to the very busy bar and the front door - zero ambiance or good vibe. However when we requested a change, since we agreed to wait, the host was great and we got a MUCH better table ---the birthday celebration dinner was perfect in the end.

Came here to enjoy a solo dinner at the bar. Entrance truly sets the bar so high with extravagant velveted staircase to a gorgeous chandelier illuminating the dining room set over "their" lady liberty. I grew up with a mother who loves plants and greenery, and this establishment has done well rekindling those beautiful memories with all of the plants they had in nearly every corner. The space is absolutely exquisite, and the company has done a fabulous job renovating this one of five buildings in d.c. that is considered historic. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by the bartender Zana. She was very friendly with kind eyes. The bar had a green hour happy-hour, which I was surprised a restaurant of this caliber would partake in I got my fresh bread with room temperature butter, which made it easy to spread. The escargot was perfectly balanced with herbs, garlic and butter with decently sized escargot. I refuse to call them snails lol. Over-all, food was divine, service was super attentive and the space was c'est Magnifique!! Will definitely visit again for a proper steak dinner service sit-down with more friends. Hope they chill their drinks properly in the future. Will keep you updated!
