First time at Ladino. Sampled the chef's designed plates. Wonderful selection especially when given an allergy to fish/shellfish. Music upstairs was a bit loud and I had reserved an inside table but was given one outside instead. Not happy about that but overall was very nice.

Outstanding experience! We were there when they first opened and I had three guests from out of town so we wanted to sit near the window in the revolving tower so they could see the city below. I didn’t realize at 5:30 PM the sun would be in our faces and make it a little warm. I wish our waitress or the hostess or manager would have suggested that we move since the restaurant was relatively empty, they had just opened. Oh, by the way, the manager came to the table to greet us, which was very nice. I would definitely go again, great food, great service, great ambience. Since I’m providing feedback, we spent over $300 as a group and over a year ago we could go to the observation deck for free after eating dinner. This time I’m told rules changed and it’s an additional $12 to go to the observation deck. Maybe if a patron spends at least $50 on a meal, they can request a wristband to go to the observation deck for free. The waterfall made an excellent backdrop for our group photo. Again, I have no complaints. The tower is a must do experience for all. Thanks

We took my mother for a nice lunch out, we were seated right away. Our waiter approached us quickly and took our cocktail order. He came back and took our apps order. The apps came and he took our lunch order. I inquired about our cocktails and he said the bar was busy, but there were only 2 guests at the bar. Finally the cocktails arrived. Our lunch was delicious! I would definitely go back! Second round of cocktails took equally as long :(
