Just completing its second year on the dining scene in Telluride, Kazahana offers classic Japanese cuisine prepared by Chef Naoki Takahashi and his team. Sourcing the freshest seafoods from around the world, the menu includes nigiri, sashimi, sushi rolls, chirashi, tartar and ceviche, as well as a selection of salads and hot entrees. Beverage options include Japanese-inspired craft cocktails, a large selection of Japanese whiskeys, beer, and a top notch selection of sake and wine. The 10-seat Omakase Bar features an 18-course chef's choice tasting menu with optional sake and wine pairings.
