For one of the high end Disney Springs restaurants, The Boathouse offers very good value for the money. Our server was Kim and her service was top notch! She made our dining experience even better. Would return to this restaurant once a month if I knew I would have her as our server. The Dockside Shrimp Boil was delicious and offered an abundant amount of food. Another at our table had the Cedar Plank Salmon and stated that it was delicious and cooked perfectly.We had a couple of appetizers and a couple of drinks which were also prepared perfectly. Make sure you make reservations as the customers who did not were waiting for a while.

Wonderful experience, thoroughly enjoyed the Irish Dancers, as well as the Dingers. Food was plentiful and very tasty, I had the fish and chips and booth done to perfection. My husband had the shepherds pit and it was equally done. Jack was our waiter and he was very attentive and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Pollo Manchego Boneless chicken breast breaded with Cuban breadcrumbs and grated manchego cheese, topped with citrus sauce, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil. Served with yellow rice. Outstanding and our service impeccable. The topper is the bread pudding with white chocolate sauce and Café con leche nothing better in the food world for me!

We shared our favorite amazing Morimoto Spare Ribs, several different dim sum dishes as a starter. Tokujo-sushi platter and a spicy hamachi roll were shared by the three of us. We also had to order another plate of Spare Ribs for they were just too good. If we had bigger stomach we could have ordered Peking Duck, Singapore Noodles, Buribup etc but we were too full. It is definitely not cheap but everything is worth the money since they use the best ingredients and each dish is cooked with such creativity. Mariko was our efficient, professional and friendly server tonight.

The five of us were taken to be seated at exactly our reservation time. The host, CHRIS, who escorted us to our table was both very friendly and professional, and engaged me in a very pleasant conversation as walked to our table.  CHRIS’ great personality and pleasant conversation set the tone for an extremely pleasant meal.  After the five of us ordered, our server repeated back to us our orders to make sure that it was correct…..and it was! The meals were all delicious, nutritious, fairly priced, and the presentation was wonderful. From start to finish, our meal at the Summer house was a wonderful experience.
