Restaurants near Kettletown State Park

One of our favorite restaurants. Food is always delicious and uniquely prepared. Fantastic selection of wines and knowledgeable attentive service.

The wait staff was very patient with us since we gathered to reconnect. We stayed for almost 3 hours and they were very accommodating.

we met up with some friends for dinner at the Oxford House Tavern. We decided to share an order of oysters as a starter. Frankly, they were disappointing. They were small and dry as if they had been opened sometime ago and left to sit in a refrigerator. fortunately, our experience improved after that. a flatbread, the pierogies, chicken, marsala, and chicken. Milanese were all delicious. Service was great. It was worth winding our way through some back roads to get there, dealing with the aftermath of the floods earlier this year. We hope to be back one day.

Very good food. The vegan options were very helpful and also very good.
