Parchetto is a lovely new restaurant, showcasing the best of downtown Paso Robles hospitality. As locals, we appreciate having an attractive, centrally located place to share lunches with friends or to take guests out for celebration dinners . . . or simply to stop in for a cocktail and appetizer. The ambience is stylish yet comfortable. The service is always friendly and helpful. And, every item we’ve ordered here, from appetizers to salads to fish, pork chops or steaks, has been exceptionally good! It’s a quality hometown restaurant to be proud of, enjoy for all occasions, and to recommend to friends and tourists. One tip, if you are an older patron, go early before it gets crowded, and the noise level rises.

Love the history of the building and charm of the dining room. Food was delicious and fairly priced.. Disappointed in cocktail pricing, $22 for a grey goose martini and would you believe they charged $1 each for blue cheese stuffed olives?

Wonderful place, food portions a little small for the cost but overall very enjoyable. Would definitely go again!

Best dinner I’ve had in a long time! Was recommended by our good friends at Brecon, and this place did not disappoint! Fantastic food, mushrooms are a must, hanger steak and the seafood pallea, #winners!
