Had a 6:00 reservation. Was told when we arrived that we’d have at least a 15 minute wait! Not good when you make a reservation. We ended up getting seated within 5 minutes, which was fine. It would’ve been better had he not said that at our arrival. When you make a reservation, you expect it to be honored.

This is our second time to Cascade and we absolutely love it. The atmosphere feels like a swanky, big city restaurant, and the food is fantastic. We had the wedge salad, crab leg, shrimp cocktail, filet and steak frites - all delicious. We will be back!

If you are on campus for any reason, make sure you book a lunch (or dinner) at Rohr's. The service is awesome and the food is tasty!

My birthday dinner was an exquisite dining experience. From start to finish it was wonderful in every way. Superb cocktails. Excellent by the glass cava and seamless service. Food outstanding - presented beautifully and cooked perfectly. Salmon and crab risotto were perfect and would have again. Impressed by the carrots being cooked to perfection as was the salmon. Wine list is lengthy and we chose a unicorn French white for a splurge. 30 year old tawny port closed an amazing dinner. Nice touch - birthday card signed by staff. Cannot compilment our waiter enough. Smart friendly engaging and knowledgeable. Both front and back of house were fully in their game. This restaurant compares well with European restaurants. Highly recommended.
