Restaurants near J.S. Schroeder Building

The food was amazing, our waitress was very friendly and did an amazing job. We were there for our anniversary and when we first arrived there was a table with some very loud guests we were sitting by. The restaurant was very warm however we would definitely go back.

Ambiance and food were both outstanding. Service was friendly but surprisingly inattentive. I waited an excruciatingly long time for beverage refills. Overall though, I was highly impressed and satisfied. It was a truly flavorful, enjoyable dining experience.

Great dining experience! Will go back again and again

The Newport is always a great place for food and drinks. The fresh oyster assortment is my favorite thing about it, but all the food is great. Our server was Dan, excellent service.

Our food and service was good. We went for Father’s Day. My husband had the prime rib and ate all of it. He will usually take some home. My daughter who generally only eats chicken tenders had a cheeseburger and fries and ate all of it and she said she was surprised at how good it was. My other daughter had the hot honey chicken and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Overall it was a very nice lunch. And we will go back.
