Our vineyard was originally part of the George Hunter Estate, established in the 1970s. Today, our Semillon, Shiraz, and Merlot vines are all that remain of this once sprawling 500-acre estate.We're proud to honour the legacy of James Busby, the proud Scot known as the father of Australian wine. Great food. King prawns and barramundi were perfect, seasoned well and flavours nicely balanced. Compliments to the chefs. Wait staff great.

We loved the wine experience. We chose not to have the cheese plate for $35. Nice wines, lovely service. $10 per person to taste was not refunded on purchases, but got 10% discount on wine purchases when joining the free club.

Gary was amazing and so engaging during our wine tasting, he made our experience so enjoyable and had so much knowledge to share! We had a great afternoon watching the sunset, sipping good wine and seeing the kangaroos go by. Highly recommend!
