    Weird they seated us n between 2 tables when the other half of the restaurant was empty. Sat next to a loud talker. Food was ok, lacked some flavor. We ordered the pork belly flatbread which was excellent, house salad needed more dressing, bread needed more salt, fish main was pretty good, cauliflower was flavorful. Restaurant decor is amazing and beautiful. We just ate at Yerba the day before which was markedly more flavorful. Music was awesome 10/10. Overall the setting g is so unique and I would recommend, but not go back as the food was 7/10. Thank you for reading review.

    The restaurant came recommended from almost everyone we spoke to, so we made a taxi detour after the Cenotes and we were incredibly impressed. The food is fantastic, the service was great and we were incredibly impressed with the cocktails!

    El Lagarto de Oro is a very good spot. Chill & welcoming vibe, friendly service (Thank You Carol), good beer list, and a delicious menu. We enjoyed their Salpicon de Chicarra con Pulpo a la Longaniza.
