Being able to make a reservation through the app worked out very well. Food was fantastic, service was great, very attentive. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful dining experience this past Friday night at Ballo. The food was fantastic and the portions were great. The restaurant staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The manager made sure to check on diners and make sure everything was going well. Our waiter, Brandon, could not have been more efficient, friendly and fun. We were celebrating our 38th. anniversary and he added a special touch to our evening. We would highly recommend Ballo Italian restaurant.

 Our server Paul was excellent and attentive and brought drinks and food with perfect timing. We joked with him and he joked with us, and it was a great experience!

We had a lovely anniversary dinner here. We were seated promptly and then were attended to at our own pace. We wanted to take some time to sip cocktails and think about the menu before rushing into anything and Julie, our server, made sure we had all the time we needed. She was attentive when she needed to be and left us alone when we wanted to be left alone. It has been a long time since I've been in a restaurant where they weren't waiting for us to leave so they could seat another table. The food was excellent, always too much food though, and we couldn't take it with us because we were going to a concert after dinner and had no where to store the food. Julie capped our evening with complementary glasses of champagne to toast our anniversary. And the the Irish coffee was just as I like it which is difficult to find today.
