    My wife and I had never been to Fogo before. We went for our anniversary. Once the very helpful server explained to us how the whole thing worked, we found it to be very good indeed. The background noise at 600PM was certainly more than we were accustomed to, but it was at an appropriate level to the overall style of the place. The market bar (salads, soup, bread, etc) was diverse and tasty. Once we turned over our red/green cards to green, the meat came continuously. If we needed time before getting our next helping we just turned the card to red. In the meantime our server would check in on us from time to time. Because we were there for our anniversary there were complimentary desserts. Over all the experience was fun more than romantic in keeping with the atmosphere of the place. We both enjoyed our time, the food and the desserts. Highly recommend!
