Kristie was amazing and she wasn’t our server. She was a manager that became our best friend as soon as we walked thru the door. Her customer service and attention to detail was more than expected. Krystal who was our server went above and beyond for my husband and I. She had more than several tables that were parties of 6 or more and she still never failed to make sure we were ok. Food was fabulous. We will always come back here anytime we visit the area.

This place is a must if you’re looking to have a good breakfast before you hit Dollywood ! Or an event ! Everything you can eat! And they make eggs any style and omelettes! It’s a family place so yes they will be noise ! But it’s clean and waiter are sweet !

The food was solid. Our server, Conrad, was top notch. He made the evening better.

Marty, the birthday boy, had the house salad, followed by filet medallions placed on burgundy mushrooms and broccoli. He loved it. I had prime rib with raw horseradish, baked potato and burgundy mushrooms. All was delicious and served very professionally by McKayla. The manager stopped by and we told him that the meal and service were perfect. Brought home chocolate cake and caramel sauce and ice cream for another time. Pleasantly stuffed!!!♥️♥️♥️

Delicious food with a wide range of options. Regional specialties sit alongside other dishes for a variety of tastes. Children are very well accommodated. We also appreciate the discount for veterans and military personnel. Staff were warm and friendly; they even remembered us by the end of our stay.
