Salt never disappoints. Favorite spot for years, oysters are so fresh- like you taste the ocean itself.

We were running late (coming from the State Theatre) and had reservations were for 9:30p (our show ended at 9:35p). I called back as soon as I saw that they called me and we made it within our 15 minute grace period. We were sat quickly, and because we knew what we wanted to order, placed our order. We didn’t feel rushed. The food was delicious and just enough to share for the two of us. Again, thank you for being accommodating.

First time to Sophie's Bistro but definitely not the last. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. We all enjoyed french onion soup, short ribs, salmon and the trout. We all loved our meals. Service was wonderful too! The place is so charming you actually feel like you are in a bistro in Paris. We live in northern NJ but took my MIL who live in the area here for her birthday. It is her new favorite too!!
