With a stunningly warm and inviting atmosphere reminiscent of a family-run restaurant in Tuscany or Bordeaux, Continental Treat Fine Bistro in Edmonton serves charming continental cuisine. The traditional cheese and potato stuffed pierogis with sour cream and the vegetable-laden red barszcz soup make excellent starter dishes. Some of Continental Treat Fine Bistro's specialty entrée dishes include the marinated pork chop Munich style with smoked sausage and mushrooms in a rich pearl onion sauce, the chicken stroganoff in a creamy tomato sauce with spaetzle, sour cream and diced pickles, the famous Hungarian goulash with tender beef cubes stewed in a rich and fragrant paprika sauce and the rainbow trout with seasoned with lemon, dill and capers, pan fried until crisp and golden.
