Such an amazing restaurant, you can really tell that everything is made from fresh whole ingredients. I've never tasted such deep wonderful flavors. Absolutely love how it also happens to be gluten free. Anyone who does eat gluten would love any option on the menu. So impressed and it's my new favorite restaurant.

Cafe Mosaics is always a favourite for the University of Alberta; booking is always smooth, and the reviews from attendees are generous and positive. Furthermore, it just gives great peace of mind that they accommodate so many dietary restrictions with their menu; everyone who I send there feels welcome and cared for.

The service was outstanding! I ordered a cocktail that was a bit too sweet, the server immediately offered to replace it, remedied perfectly! We ordered Bruschetta which was absolutely amazing! Cauliflower bites were the best we had ever tasted! The build your own charcuterie had wonderful options and we enjoyed them all, especially the strawberry honey compote! The ambiance and music were so pleasant and relaxing! Absolutely a wonderful experience for a leisurely dining option. If I could rate this restaurant on a scale of 10, I would give it a 15!
