“Mi Vida” translates to “My Life.” However, in Mexico, “Mi Vida” means much more. “Mi Vida” is a term of endearment bestowed on close family and friends to signify love, care and importance. When one says, “Mi Vida,” they are telling someone special how much they mean to them. MI VIDA describes how we feel about our team and our guests. It is our expression of Mexican culture and cuisine as interpreted through the lens of Chef Roberto Santibañez. Our menu is rooted in the history and culinary tradition of Mexico while exploring the ever-changing boundaries of this vibrant and evolving cuisine.

Server was professional and knowledgeable. Garlic pepper wings were amazing. I had the clementine cocktail and it was honestly the most balanced cocktail I’ve ever had. The food was beyond amazing. Everything was made with love and my family truly enjoyed our meal and time here.

This was my first time going here, and I had been wanting to go for a LONG time. It was also a special occasion celebrating a family member's birthday. I've been to Spain several times, and have missed authentic Spanish food. This place was so great, many favorite traditional foods from all over Spain. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. We loaded up on Tapas, and they were all fantastic. Next time (when we are not constrained by a timed entry to a DC museum), we will definitely order a paella. ¡Muchísimas gracias por un almuerzo fantástico!

We LOVE Zatinya - the food and even the cocktails don't disappoint. My only criticism is that last night, given my reservation reflected that it was my birthday and the host even mentioned it - I was surprised to be shown to what is probably the worst table in the restaurant - basically between the entrance to the very busy bar and the front door - zero ambiance or good vibe. However when we requested a change, since we agreed to wait, the host was great and we got a MUCH better table ---the birthday celebration dinner was perfect in the end.
