Thoroughly enjoyed my mom’s birthday celebration at this beautiful place. Special from beginning to end, including the arched entryway and the fireplace in the center of the dining room. Excellent service, delicious food. Absolutely nothing negative to say. Highly recommended for a special outing or just because.

This is a terrific restaurant. The staff are warm, helpful, attentive and professional. The food is fresh and delicious and the meals are served hot.

Every aspect of our dinner was fantastic. Our server Monica was super engaging, knowledgeable, and a real pleasure. All had steak Anne each one perfectly cooked and seasoned. Great wine and desserts too! Strongly recommended!

Scala Osteria is owned by the same people who own Bistro Don Giovanni - a "go to" Napa restaurant for almost 30 years - the Osteria is in downtown Napa; is smaller than the Bistro; and doesn't have the same party-time vibe - which is part of the reason I like it more - the simple rustic Italian food is always excellent, the staff is warm and gracious, the room is comfortable and the prices, by Napa-standards are reasonable - there's plenty of off-street public parking in the area - put it on your short list - highly recommended....
