    We choose this restaurant when we have guests and want to treat them to an excellent dining experience. This time was no exception. Everyone's food was delicious, drinks were reasonably priced and served timely, and our server, Peter, was delightful and attentive. We and our guests had a lovely evening.

    Absolutely stunning hotel & the food was ALL fabulous!!! The bar does close promptly at 9pm so if you want an after dinner drink make sure to order it before 9pm.

    Great customer service from the time we walked in to the time we left. Accommodating, as we had a new born and a 3 year old. It was difficult to make a choice from the menu as everything sounded delicious. I stay at Gaia quite often. I will definitely continue to visit this restaurant. The chef and staff are amazing.
