Restaurants near Hawthorne Park

We were super happy to find Mexcal. I was in desperate need for some fresh guac and a spicy margarita and Mexcal delivered. I wish the guac portion was a little larger. I’d consider ordering two. I had the el pastor tacos which were good. I also indulged in the sweet plantains and a side order of rice and beans which were really good. We are definitely coming back. The vibe is super cute and the service was very attentive and friendly. Thank you!

As always the food and service was outstanding - they are very good about food allergies.

Lefkas totally crushes happy hour! Best after-work hangout—killer bar meze, and the Santorini Sunset cocktail will transport you straight to vacation mode. Drinks, snacks, and vibes so good 🥂

We had a great time. Food was delicious and drinks were consistent. The service was great, isince it wasn't too busy, we had full attention from the waitress. Street parking can be challenging so plan ahead.

Many Hotel restaurants are poor. They have a captive audience so they don't have to try very hard. This one is not in that category. I travel to Northern NJ frequently and this is my go to place anywhere near Teaneck/ Hackensack area. The menu is a combination of modern Italian with a few traditional items. The service is always fantastic.(Thank you Leotilde and Felicia) this is one of the top restaurants in the area.
