IT STARTED WITH THE SIMPLE DESIRE TO FIND A GOOD, FRESH TORTILLA HERE IN NYC. IN THE TIME WE HAVE SPENT TRAVELING BETWEEN NYC AND MEXICO WE HAVE SEEN MANY STARK DIFFERENCES BETWEEN NY MEXICAN FOOD AND MEXICAN FOOD FROM MEXICO.
