    Our server provided one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time. He was attentive, friendly. and made the meal a most pleasant experience. The table on the patio over looking the lake on a beautiful sunny summer day just added to the ambience. The food was prepared to perfection and I am so glad I chose the Hawkeye Bar and Grill for the special occasion we were celebrating. I was entertaining family from out of town and they all commented how much they enjoyed the dining experience. It was most memorable experience that my family and I will not soon forget.

    My wife and I had a wonderful first time experience at Roman’s - Outside patio was a beautiful setting, food was delicious (Calamari, Chicken Francaise, Twisted Riggies), drinks were spot on, service was excellent (Juliet), prices were reasonable, etc. We’ll be back!

    Very pleasant Al fresco dining. Food is flavorful and prepared correctly. Service was attentive and pleasant. We have returned several times annually to this peaceful Catskills restaurant.
