Restaurants near Hampshire Park

The food was good as usual. We were sad to hear they were out of beignets by 11 o’clock. It was hard to get coffee refills and water refills, and it really wasn’t that busy. Little disappointed in the service being as our charged card was in the flowerpot ready for pick up for 25 minutes.

We had great service from the hostess to the waiter to the chef. The chef did an amazing job and was very entertaining! Will be back.

We visit here every year for special occasions and it never disappoints! The wild decor, the amazing food and great staff make us keep coming back!

I eat at Hazelwood, St. Louis Pk. a lot. This was the first time the service was not so good. Our wait person seemed to have outdoor and indoor tables. My friend and I were seated at a great table that we had a clear shot of the outdoor and inside tables our wait person was trying to cover. The only time we got any attention is when we snagged her try to get back to the bar. She always stopped, always promptly got to anything we asked for, and even though we were both feeling neglected unless requesting attention she was tipped very well. I realize this could have been just one of those days that Hazelwood was understaffed for a busy lunch hour. Other than the front of the house person that seated us, and delivered our food, it didn't seem like there was any other support people. I think our wait person did the best she could. The food was excellent! Just a bad day to be a wait person!
