Our server was amazing! I didn’t catch his name, hopefully you have record of who waited on his. He was very patient, polite and attentive!

Service a bit amateurish. Waiter was nice but too eager. He tried to clear dishes & sell dessert before we had finished eating. At one point, he took my iced tea to refill it but forgot to bring it back. Food was very good.

We came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday last week and his first time eating at Al Biernat’s. He is super shy and doesn’t talk much but the staff made sure to make him feel welcomed. James, the manager, noticed that he was an officer with the Dallas Police Department and he made sure to show him extra attention along with the rest of the staff. From the time we got out of the car to us getting back in the car the service was outstanding. The food being amazing was an extra special treat. I have never seen my boyfriend eat so much in a single setting but he kept raving on how delicious the meal was. There are kids meals available if needed and for our picky eaters an appetizer can easily be turned into an entree. The sides are all table style so you will get about 3-4 servings in a single dish. This was my second time at this exact location. I came with some girlfriends for my birthday back in January. We also had an amazing time. They have a sommelier on staff that will help you pick a wine to pair with your food if needed. Warning to the ladies…the floor is concrete with an epoxy like finish. My heels slipped multiple times causing me to fall (thankfully no one noticed). Wear shoes that are slip resistant and/or put a covering at the bottom of your heels. There is a large staff to help a single table so don’t be alarmed by having more than just a single server. Must try: Bread pudding!!! Ask if there is a special bread pudding not shown on the menu.

Republic Texas has become a favorite because of its great cocktails and consistently delicious food. On our regular rotation!

The food is fabulous. The daily specials are inventive and delicious. The quality of the fish is excellent. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although the sushi menu may be small compared to other restaurants I choose to dine here because it is consistently amazing.
