    This was my first time at TAO as it is hard to get a reservation. I’ve tried many times before. I was not disappointed. The service was excellent the food was amazing the music, the energy, the ambiance outstanding. I’ve already booked another reservation. I’m taking my 21 year old nephew. He’s going to be in awe.

    We visited to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We were greeted warmly, a card signed by all staff was at the table, and we received 2 complimentary glasses of champagne. Our food was excellent. Drinks were also good. Our waitress was kind and very helpful. When we left, all the staff said happy anniversary when passing. We felt special and it was a lovely night.

    After a poor experience on June 5, we returned to give J Gilbert's a second chance. (you did take several problem items off our bill). Our meals were excellent. My husband's filet was done perfectly. My halibut special was truly special. Everything about the dish was delicious. I made sure I took half of it home to enjoy a second time. The creme brulee was larger than expected and really hit the spot. We'll be back for my birthday on July 25 and will ask for Taylor T to be our server again.
