Restaurants near Grove Street Park

Perry's is an outstanding option for a special occasion or a splurge meal. The restaurant is beautiful without being tacky or overwhelming, the service is attentive without being annoying, and the food was truly fantastic. The pork chop was the star of the show, but the steaks and the bacon-wrapped shrimp were strong co-stars. Don't forget to ask about the seasonal cheesecake for dessert. The flavor was "orange creamsicle" when we visited, and it was divine. Overall, you can't do much better than Perry's in the Short Pump area, and it's easily one of the best dining experiences in all of Richmond.

Had a wonderful evening. The restaurant was a bit too loud for us due to large parties so we requested to move outside. We got a wonderful corner table with a view of the pond. The food was cooked perfectly and the service was top notch!

Beautiful setting. Sierra was very attentive and knowledgeable. Our food was prepared to order. The classic espresso martini was delicious.

Beautiful venue, good food. Great steak ! Oysters were only one brand and were very small but tasty. The zookie and Creme brule were great. Was my daughter’s birthday which I specified on the reservations but they said and did nothing special??!! Pricey but the view is worth it

Excellent food, cocktails, service, and ambience. Among the best in Lynchburg, and very reasonably priced for the elevated experience you get in return. I've been multiple times with my fiancé, the food and service are consistently good and remind us why it's our favorite date night spot.
