Restaurants near Grand Vista Hotel

Enjoyed the Tillamook burger today. Of course had to start with spicy tuna bites as always.

We moved to Knoxville not long ago and this has become the go-to restaurant for my wife and me. As with past visits tonight’s was excellent. Our server Ila greeted us immediately. Dinner was excellent. Will keep coming back.

How we were greeted upon arrival, the service and our food was excellent. Owen was our server and he was very pleasant and attentive. There was a slight mix-up in the kitchen that resulted in having our main entree delivered to our table prior to our dinner salad, however, in no way did it take away from the overall experience for my wife and I....minor things happen. I only mention it here because of how The Chop House handled the error. The apologies followed very quickly from staff members, including a manager, who removed the cost of the salads from our bill. Although no complaints from us, The Chop House handled the situation by making it right immediately. We will most definitely return.

Being able to dine and listen to live music is a wonderful treat. 201 is a great addition to the community and a terrific venue for music'' And kudos to the owner, manager, chef and staff for their nomination for the Oak Ridge Chamber of Commerce "Small Business of the Year" award. I was disappointed they didn't win. A couple of observations for your consideration; We sat at the last table on the opposite wall from the bar. Although we could hear the music, we couldn't see the trio. Also, they might want to put some type of screen or drapery from the speaker to the wall to hide what's back there and improve the ambience. My fiancee has ciliac disease and needs gluten free food. She suggests adding gluten free buns to the sandwich menu to enhance the

Our first visit but it won't be our last. I rarely give 5 stars, but they earned it. Perfect service, good portion sizes, perfectly seasoned food. Very fair pricing. Don't miss this one!
