My fiancé and I dined at Pietro’s Prime last night and had an unforgettable experience celebrating our engagement. From the moment I called earlier in the week, Courtney was incredibly helpful and professional. I explained that we would be celebrating Our Engagement, and she made sure every detail was perfect. When we arrived, we were immediately seated and welcomed with a complimentary champagne toast—a wonderful surprise that set the tone for the night. Our server, Zach, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We each enjoyed perfectly crafted martinis before our entrées arrived: filet mignon, both cooked exactly to our preferred medium rare—absolutely delicious. To top it all off, the restaurant surprised us with a complimentary dessert plate beautifully decorated with "Congratulations." After dinner, we ended our night at the bar where Monica, the bartender, kept the good vibes going with great drinks and energy. Pietro’s Prime went above and beyond to make our celebration truly special. We are so grateful for the care and hospitality and can’t wait to return!

Everyone in our group liked their meals. 3 of us had the scallops and shrimp in coconut curry sauce, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved the library room atmosphere.

Great place for a fresh and delicious seafood meal. We have eaten there at least 5 times since it opened with a wonderful experience every time.
