Foghorn Brewery was born of a dream to make craft beer the way it ought to be made—from grain to glass all under one roof.The historic building in King Street had been abandoned for several years when we first set foot inside. In that dusty old warehouse, we saw the potential to create something really special.And so it was that Newcastle’s first modern craft brewery opened its doors in April 2015. The town’s industrial roots have played a big part in shaping the unique character of Foghorn Brewery.     We love Hao Chis, we dine here monthly, be it with family, friends or just as a couple. I can say the food is always 5 stars, however, tonight the service was a bit of a let down. Entrees were ordered first, a few came out and then the mains came out, the rest of the entrees came with the mains, and that's just not how it should be done. The drinks service was super slow, and I mean super slow! We spent well over $700 tonight and the service was lacking.

    Such a great experience to eat here. Staff always so helpful, friendly & quick to respond, delicious food options and all presented with so much consideration. If you haven’t been it’s a must!

    Absolutely stunning view and very peaceful atmosphere. Staff were very attentive with the right amount of space between courses. Food and wine were delicious. Highly recommend. We will be back!

    Love the atmosphere here. Staff are absolutely beautiful such a pleasure to talk to. Meals were all amazing from the entrees to desserts . And they make a mean Expresso martini if I do say so myself One of my favourites dining atmospheres
