Greg, the manager, was personable, making sure every detail was perfect Culinary Delights: The centerpiece of the dinner was the 36 oz Dry-Aged Porterhouse steak. It was cooked to perfection, showcasing the rich flavors of the dry-aging process. The steak was tender and juicy. A selection of delightful side dishes was also enjoyed. A refreshing highlight of the evening was the watermelon mojito. It was a delightful blend of sweet and minty, a perfect cool down from the Arizona heat, adding a touch of summer to the evening. I had read really positive reviews for this new restaurant. We wanted to treat our granddaughter & family for lunch on her 16th birthday, knowing how much we all love seafood. We all were all very impressed with everyone we came into contact with. Their kindness, attentiveness, timely responses and the food was absolutely fresh tasting & delicious!! They treated her with a dessert and another for us to share. It was perfect and we look forward to going again in the future.
