That is why at JAC's Signature Steakhouse, only the highest grades of meat make it to your plate with exceptional flavor in every bite. In Tomah, JAC's Steakhouse won numerous awards: Best steakhouse, best dining experience, best seafood, and best cocktails. JAC's Signature Steakhouse opened in La Crosse in late April of 2026 and has seen great support from the community. The Executive Chef, Geoffrey George, runs weekly specials, which has led to a high amount of foot traffic in their downtown La Crosse location.
