My husband and I celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary at Jota Restaurant in Royal Isabela, and it was an unforgettable experience deserving of five stars! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was warm and elegant, perfectly setting the stage for our special evening. The food was absolutely divine—every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, showcasing the finest local ingredients. Our server, Raymond, truly elevated the experience with his exceptional service. He was attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring every detail was perfect. His genuine care and professionalism made our anniversary dinner even more memorable. The entire staff was welcoming, and the stunning views of the Royal Isabela property added a magical touch. Jota Restaurant exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another extraordinary dining experience. Hidden gem, great cocktails, beautiful bar/lounge and they hay a pianist playing some classics

New seasonal menu was superb. Soup (sweet potato and chorizo) was terrific. Pasta entree was delicious. Chicken entree was outstanding. Highly recommend.
