The 1741 Pub and Grill at Lyman Orchards is a hidden gem! When we arrived, we were promptly greeted and seated. The location of the Pub in the heart of Lyman Orchards provides patrons with a beautiful atmosphere, offering a stunning view of the lush greens of the golf course. It's the perfect setting for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. Our server, Irene, was an absolute delight. She was incredibly responsive and pleasant, making us feel completely at ease. We truly appreciated that she gave us plenty of time to chat and enjoy our company; we never felt rushed, which made for a truly relaxing dining experience. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip, served with warm naan bread, and it was absolutely delicious! Next, we ordered the Farmhouse Burgers, and they were perfectly cooked – juicy and flavorful. The presentation was impeccable, making each dish a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. If you are in the Middlefield area, the 1741 Pub and Grill can offer you gourmet food at affordable prices. It's rare to find such high-quality dining in such a beautiful setting without breaking the bank. We left feeling completely satisfied and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!
