Pammy’s is a New American restaurant inspired by the feel of an Italian neighborhood trattoria. Perched between Cambridge’s Central and Harvard Squares, Pammy’s is a cozy yet sophisticated neighborhood destination. For husband and wife team Chris and Pam Willis (who live right up the street), Pammy’s is an extension of their living room. They’ve brought together their love of great food, easy hospitality and chic vibes to create a lively space that is welcoming to all looking for a memorable meal. With dishes that lean heavily on Italian flavors but are not restricted by any rules of the cuisine, the food is unpretentious and delicious. A fireplace wrapped in white ceramic, an oversized salvaged communal table designed for side-by-side dining and rich leather banquets are just some of the design elements that make up Pammy’s charm. We're currently serving a Prix Fixe menu for all reservations. A la carte dining is available for walk-in guests at our bar and in our lounge.

The Merchant is a big space that served for more than a century as a leather store. We've brought in high-top tables near the windows ... a 40-foot bar on one side of the room … and more formal dining spots on the opposite side. We have a private dining room in back, and another private dining room downstairs. For our menu, we make almost all of our fare from scratch. Executive chef Ignacio Lopez previously worked at both Beat Hotel in Cambridge and Tuscan Kitchen in Burlington. Chef Lopez cures and smokes all the meat in house. Our burger is top-notch, as are other dishes like house-made Gnochhi, Organic Chicken Milanaise and Steak Frites. The Merchant serves salads, sandwiches ($15-$21), and more for the lunch rush. And for dinner, we are a full-service brasserie (with most entrees ranging from $25-$30). The bar has 30+ rotating beers on tap, many of them locally brewed, plus a full selection of craft cocktails to serve our patrons, including the after-work crowd.

WE live near Bar Cino and have enjoyed meals there from the time it opened. One of our group was running very late, and we appreciated the waitstaff's patience. At a nearby table, a guest fainted and landed flat on her back on the outside deck near us. The waitstaff's cooperation with the fire dept and paramedics was notable; everybody showed forethought in a distressing situation. As we are over 80, we take note of such special care taken by your staff. Bravo to all.

First time and really enjoyed the meal. Started with the burrata which was good but only came with two pieces of bread. Should have four. Dinner was house made al dente pasta with fried zucchini and my daughter had the whole deboned fish. Both very nicely prepared and presented. We finished it off. A few strawberry mock-tails and had dessert too. She had the tiramisu which is the wow factor for presentation and deliciousness. I wanted the chocolate cake but they were out :(. I had the ricotta doughnuts with gelato and blueberries it was fine. Single shot of lavazza espresso to top it off. Service was impressive and very attentive without being overly intrusive. Highly recommend if you want to splurge. (it’s expensive) $246 with tip.

Fabulous meal starting with aperol spritz on a beautiful summer night! Then on to a delicious rose from Provence, agnolotti appetizer, steak frites, bass, Mac+cheese, and rigatoni, and ending with house made Cracker Jack ice cream, outside in the patio. All of us were happy. EXCELLENT waiter too

The watermelon - cuke salad and the shrimp and grits were both great. Fried chicken was good, but not sure why its what they are known for. Bingets and soft serve were fantastic. A few of the menu items that sounded the most interesting were not actually what I was hoping for. (Gator fries are just french fries with some gator on top, pickle jalepeno dip was just potato chips and goop.). It was a little long of a wait from when we got sat to when we got water and menus - wouldn't have been a big deal except we were on the patio and it was super hot out. Glad that we tried it.
