Restaurants near Farmington Valley Mall Shopping Center

First time dining there. The only criticism is that the hostess (who looked to be about 16), was not dressed for the position. Shapeless graphic t-shirt and a skirt that was barely covering her derriere. She looked like she just stepped off the school bus. Vey noticeable since everyone else working there was dress accordingly. The food was exquisite. I had the Seafood Martini and the Sushi / Sashimi combo, and a bottle of decent cold sake. We will definitely be back.

The food was quite average, not particularly flavorful and my friend’s chicken was overcooked in her sandwich. Soon after we finished eating, it got so loud, we needed to leave to continue to visit. Overall, it seems to have potential, but this evening it was very basic.

If you have the option of a chef's curated menu by a chef of that caliber, why would you choose any other option? The food and the beverage pairings went together perfectly. My wife and I enjoyed an evening of absolutely stellar food fantastic ambience and a meal we won't soon forget.

As always, awesome food! I’ve been going to Max a Mia for 15 years and it’s a family favorite! Unfortunately, last night was the first time that we experienced bad service - the server forgot a lot of things, and then very rarely checked back on us for water, etc… very impersonal… unlike the rest of the excellent server staff! I’m moving from CT and will always have fond memories of my many dinners at Max a Mia!

Wow ... I have had cacio e pepe at home, in Rome, and at several restaurants. This beats all! The service was friendly and attentive. Great restaurant
