    We went to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we were not disappointed. The bourbon cocktails were delicious. We all had Jalapeno cheddar soup. The jalapeños elevated the soup tremendously. For entrees we ordered walleye fillet which was large and well prepared, filet mignon which was delicious, and prime rib which was moist throughout and a delight to eat. The restaurant exceeded our expectations ( which were high to begin with) and we look forward to returning.

    We were a large group of travel staff from the hospital that were not be able to make it home for the Holiday. Gold Bison put on an amazing dinner and allowed us all space to gather and celebrate! The food was amazing- 3 carving stations, a salad table, a wide variety of side dish options, soups and breads AND a dessert table with coffee. We had a great wait staff who helped with orders from the bar. The reservation and check-in process was simple. There was even live music! All in all, we had a great time and are so grateful to everyone at Gold Bison for letting us have a great holiday with friends!
