My experience was fantastic! I had a reservation so the wait time was minimal. Once we sat down the servers were incredibly attentive, kind, and amazing. I did not have to ask for anything as Jose was always there offering something new or refreshing our drinks. It was my daughter's 17th birthday celebration and she felt enjoyed every moment of our dinner. Chama Gaucha never fails to provide the best service and quality of food. Thank you for the experience!

The food was incredible and the staff very attentive. Once we had an opportunity to try everything, the servers asked if there was something specific we would like. Everyone was smiling and made us feel welcomed. Part of our party had never been to Brazilian Streak house but Cindy (our server) did a wonderful job guiding them and balancing the needs of everyone. She even encouraged us to share a birthday dessert which ended up being a great family event where we all said something special about my dad. They really made my father’s 75 birthday memorable.

This team does it right every time!! Rafael, Michael, and GM Chris are simply amazing with their detail and demeanor….they can and will accommodate all occasions for the family. Heck, they are family…

Had an amazing first visit to BLU Prime Steakhouse to celebrate my wife's birthday. My wife and daugther both had the Filet Mignon which they say was cooked to perfection. I was pleasantly surprised by the Crab Cake (hard to find good Maryland Crab Cake in San Antonio). I also enjoyed the Lobster Bisque and Seabass. Our server, David, was very attentive and provided amazing service. John Silvestro, the head sommelier, was also AMAZING and stopped by our table several times to ensure my wife's birthday celebration was memorable. We will definitely be returning soon!

Probably the best steakhouse experience I have ever had, and being from Dallas I have been to all of them there. I had the two filet medallions, and my wife the salmon. We started with the lobster bites (excelllent!!!). Service was excellent, with our trainee server. Noise level was low, conversation easy. When in San Antonio I am going here.
