Los dueños de este lugar abrieron el primer restaurante en el 2004 en Castlefield, Manchester con un objetivo claro: Servir alimentos de calidad a clientes locales por un precio razonable, en un lugar elegante, mediante un servicio amable y modesto. El nuevo restaurante será creado de lo que anteriormente solía ser el New Ellensmere pub y restaurante, en el East Lancashire Road, y busca brindar un espacio moderno e impecable para cenar, con capacidad para 180 comensales dentro del restaurante, y también contará con una terraza en la que puede recibir hasta 60 personas.
