Good friendly service, seated promptly, excellent food

Highly recommend this unique dining experience. Our grandkids were excited to see the 72 oz steak eating challenge in person. We can understand why only 11% are able to complete the challenge. The service was excellent and the value for a steak dinner that can be split between two moderately-portion-size-eating adults was excellent. Highly recommend securing an Open Table reservation. The person checking in before us was disappointed to find that the restaurant was fully booked for the evening and they would have to standby.

Holy cow. We stay here maybe 4-5 times a year on our way to Taos and always eat here. This is great, well executed food. Nothing “tricky” or cheffy. Is that a word?! We live in Dallas and there is nothing there we enjoy more. Their pasta is crave worthy, especially the gnudi. Get the fried green tomatoes and focaccia, too. This is great food, at a great value.

Great food and ambience. Highly recommend the goat cheese stuffed peppers and the Cesar salad.

The ambiance is one of the best in town. Both the quail and filet were cooked to perfection. It’s best to go early (around 5:15) so you can be seated in the back room.
