Excellent menu and food very much improved with new menu.

Great food and chef. Server wasn't really experienced or just wasn't good. I had to literally pick up dishes and move them at least three times so that people actually had space on the table as they were done with portions of the meal. He just disappeared for long periods of time and when he did come back and just wasn't attentive.

Tapas ñ was amazing. We had a great experience and all of the tapas were delicious. The interior was very well decorated and service was exceptional. Highly recommend!

The Melting Pot was a wonderful experience! Our server was personable and knowledgeable about the food. The food was excellent and I left with a happy stomach.

The service was not good. The staff I dealt with was wonderful. We had a wonderful server, but the service was bad due to lack of staff available. I can’t believe managers would understaff the restaurant when it has the capacity to handle hundreds of people, seriously the place is huge ! I think I only saw 2 people serving / and running the bar area too ! I don’t blame the workers for the service I blame management for not scheduling workers and or not hiring enough staff to handle the fast pace business that is such a large facility that could have been way busier than it was when I was there and I would have left if it had been busier with such little staff. Food was great Prices were high but it wasn’t any different than prices at other dine in restaurants. Kids games were great but the games are just a bit pricey and the $25 dollar power cards barely last my boys 20 minutes and I’m not exaggerating. Would be nice to have w better deals or coupons
