In this reinvention of a building that had been a series of eateries over several decades, the space features vaulted ceilings, reclaimed-barn-wood walls, comfy booths, and a full bar that extends from the airy interior to the breezy deck.     The food and the service was as good as it gets in New Jersey. We had the tasting menu and each dish was creative, packed with flavor and the plate presentation was outstanding. The servers had great knowledge of how the dishes were prepared and were very attentive, yet not overbearing. From the moment we sat down until the time we left, we could easily think we were dining in a Michelin star NYC restaurant. Only after walking out the door and finding ourselves in a quiet rural area did we realize we were actually in Sussex County NJ.

    Food was excellent. Service was awful. I had to ask someone to take our order. We waited all night for food/service. Even the tables next to us had issues. The server even forgot our dessert order. Unfortunately we won’t be back due to the service

    We had a perfect anniversary dinner. Miranda was a lovely server and the restaurant was kind enough to give us a glass of Prosecco! Dinner was delicious; we couldn’t have enjoyed the evening more.
