Service was a little uneven- took a long time for drinks- our food order taken before they arrived. Dinner arrived while we were still eating the appetizer- had to ask three times (to two different people) for more chips for the shrimp salsa appetizer. Food was really good, served hot, just wish it hadn’t been so rushed. Music too loud.. we would try again, however ..

The dinner in The Vault was extraordinary! Sean, the manager, created an absolute perfect ambiance for the evening. Our server, Bella, was top notch in every category- attentive, professional, joyous, and welcoming. We had a group of six, one of whom had to have an oxygen tank after major surgery two weeks ago. Sean and Bella made her feel comfortable and served in the best way possible. What a testimony to two great people who do so much more than their jobs! A night to remember! Yes, we had superb food and drink- but Sean and Bella elevated the evening to the highest level! Ray Heilmann

I frequent here a lot, and usually always enjoy my service. This time it got a little busy and we were definitely ignored. I watched the clock for how long I needed something and couldn’t find my server, and 20 min had passed. My husband was irritated by the end. Food was good, but I tried the salmon and when it arrived it was not pretty on the plate. Plain white rice on a white plate with salmon on top. Needed some garnishes as it was unappetizing. Good news was although slightly overcooked the flavor was there. I will go back, just maybe not on a Friday night.

Can't remember our servers name but he did a great job. Very helpful and quick. Great place to go spend a few hours.

Expected something else due to exterior picture on Open Table but was pleasantly surprised.
