The food was excellent, the staff was helpful and gracious even offering a blanket when one of our party was cold. The building is nostalgic and fun. It would have been 5 stars across the board but they seemed short staffed for a Mother’s Day Brunch.

1890 is a very pleasant fine dining experience. Our server was very adequate, but inexperienced. We had to reach around the table for the olive oil, wine came after food service, etc.. Nothing put us off, but for a top notch experience, you need a bit more attention to detail. The food, wine and ambience were excellent. We are going back.

Superb food and excellent service! Drinks were made perfectly and the restaurant vibe was SO cool! Love that the restaurant is partnered with the mid century mod vibes of Interstate Inn (vintage renovation) next door!! We will be back! 😃🙌🏽✨✨✨

The steaks were perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor, and every side dish tasted like it was made from scratch with love. You can tell this place takes pride in what they serve. If you’re craving a true Texas steakhouse experience with down-home hospitality, this is it. Five stars all the way, we’ll be back!
