OMG I love the new menu so much, I love coming here with friends today I brought two friends who were visiting from out of town and they were floored by the amazing atmosphere and the ambience and are server. Nivea is the epitome of professional. She made everyone feel so welcomed and comfortable, and I know when I come here with guest that they will be Amazed at this gem that we have in Charlotte. Today I created my own entrée based on something I had at JG rooftop in Beverly Hills, which is caviar fries. They don’t exactly have caviar fries here, but I made my own sharing my picture. Always ask for Nivea. 

Easily my favorite restaurant in Charlotte. The food and service are impeccable. The appetizers and fresh seafood were the stars of the menu. However, the pork chop and sides were phenomenal as well. The chicken friend lobster tails were my favorite item and I will be dreaming about them until I return. I do think the crab claws were a bit overpriced, but this is not a place to go when you are on a budget. Definitely a special occasion place for me and I look forward to my next visit!

This was our second visit and this time we bought friends for a pre-theatre dinner. The food was delicious and the portions were the right size. It was a little noisy by the bar so we took a table further in which was perfect. Our server was also friendly, helpful, and efficient.

We came here for an intimate work dinner for 8 (with a reservation), and it was absolutely perfect. They had a perfect table for us separated from most other tables. Danny was our server and was so attentive! He made great suggestions for the group, kept our water and other glasses full, and gave us the exact amount of time to enjoy dining and just causally talking! Food was phenomenal. Location is great. Will definitely do this again for a group dinner! Thanks to the whole team, but specially Danny who was THE BEST!

Overall K&K was a good experience . The food was good i had fried green tomatoes and my husband had jerk noodle or rice (can’t remember the exact name ) . dinner i had fish and grits and he had catfish and black eyed peas the food was really good . I will say a 20% tip is included however the service we received from the waitress was most definitely not worth 20% . She was spending too much time at one table (im thinking she may have known them ) We both had it to where our drinks was wrong , our water was not adequately refilled. We had to stop her in passing and I had to ask the manager about our drink being incorrect. We have no problem paying or tipping however the service most definitely should be superb. The managers was really nice though. There was no wait , we actually was seated as soon as we came in. Most definitely try it out for yourself. I will go back again if the opportunity ever presents itself
