Havana has been committed to serving local and organic meats, produce and seafood since it opened 25 years ago. All of our meats are “naturally raised” meaning no steroids, antibiotics or hormones and “humanely raised” meaning room to roam, proper shelter and gentle handling. We make every effort to buy only sustainably harvested seafood, primarily from the Gulf of Maine. We have consistently searched out New England farmers and fisherfolk to purchase product that is not only great tasting but great for the environment and local economy as well.

Jordan Pond House, a restaurant and shop with a long tradition within Acadia National Park, sits on a hill overlooking a beautiful lawn along the Jordan Pond. Guests have been enjoying these amazing views and dining at this site since 1893 when Nellie McIntire, the first proprietor, started baking and serving her famous popovers out of the restaurant. Ever since then, we have been serving popovers and tea.Please note: Reservations may be made for inside dining only. Due to weather variability, we are unable to accommodate reservations for the lawn. Please inform the host at the time of your arrival if you would prefer outdoor seating, and we would be happy to accommodate your request, pending availability.

The Islesford Dock Restaurant & Gallery is just that - a restaurant and gallery on a dock on Islesford, Little Cranberry Island, Maine. We have a large greenhouse right out back that produces a good amount of our produce, source our lobsters from the fisherman's co-op just next door, and use Gulf of Maine seafood almost exclusively. The menu is rounded out with naturally raised meats and chicken and the service is casual but professional, warm and inviting. Make sure you get out to Islesford Dock while you're here in the area by taking the Beal & Bunker mail boat that makes multiple trips back and forth every day or take one of the several other tour boats out. We are closed Mondays throughout the Summer. Starting in September we will be open for dinner service only, and we are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Season ends October 1st.

    Excellent experience. Waiter was very attentive and did an excellent job. Food came out quickly and was very high quality. Lobster moqueca was very tasty. Farm salad also quite good. Highly recommend. Wife and I had a very nice time.

    What a gem of a restaurant! Went with my wife on my birthday. We split an appetizer of 12 oysters (double order), beautifully served on a bed of ice. There were two sauces - one a traditional cocktail sauce and the other blueberry. We both had scallops and they were fabulous. We ended the meal with a piece of the blueberry pie. The server was excellent - not overly pushy, but very helpful. A great experience!

    Went for lunch after hiking Jordan Pond & South Bubble trail. Food was delicious! Service was great! Blueberry Lemonade was Delicious! Portions were huge! Only one teeny little thing i would critique was that we ate outside and they didn't put the umbrellas on the tables until we were almost done with our meal. So we ate lunch in the hot sun. Otherwise no complaints and a fabulous dining experience!
