We are a relaxed, family-welcoming Italian restaurant on Sydney's beautiful coastal hub. We are Coogee's oldest Italian restaurant, owned and operated by the Lombardo family for more than 20 years. Modern, family Italian is one of the simplest, most enjoyable cuisines the world over, and La Spiaggia is loyal to this ethos. With many of Italy's most famous exports on our menu , we customise our good food with a woodfire oven, and by hand-making most of our pastas. We also source the best possible ingredient for all dishes, whether that be local Australian or imported Italian, from fresh seafood daily to the best Italian cheeses. We are open seven nights a week for dinner from 5.30pm.

Yana Coogee, situated a stone’s throw away from the beach on the main promenade of Coogee, is inspired by Chef Same Lane's passion for the simplicity of cooking with an open fire and the feeling of being surrounded by great food, drink and company. Great vibes, authentic taste, and friendly and helpful waiter. Every aspect is satisfying. I decided to go eating out to this restaurant by viewing the second place restaurant in world stake house ranking, but the waiter suggested us to order fish meal. At the end of the day, the grilled fish we order was awesome, which makes us amazed. Of course, the stake was no doubt, the desserts was exquisite, this order was also waiters recommendation. One Japanese waiter is very helpful and gentle. I want to visit on next special day.

I have been here many times and always bring my friends when they are in town... I have never had one bad meal here - each time is a taste sensation - so fresh and always delicious. The staff are also really amazing - it's a joy each visit...
