Good food before a Cardinals game. Lots of tvs. The Philly Cheese was excellent with cheddar cheese. My husband had the turkey club and said it was good

Which was upstairs in the bar area it was quite noisy. Apparently, the bathrooms or toilets were on the other side of the wall and we heard constant water and pipe clinking noises throughout our dinner. Very disturbing. Also, Ruth Chris Restaurant has a dress code which is advertised on their website as well as a sign as you enter the restaurant. But it is not enforced. We dressed up because of the dress code. Customers came in wearing raggedy shorts and muscle shirts, T-shirts, and shorts with flip-flops, and women wearing Skippy nylon stretchy spaghetti strap tops with their breasts hanging out.

We really enjoyed our visit to Crown Hall. The music was a nice change of pace. We enjoy live music! The new menu was very well done! Service was paced great and very thorough. Management was friendly and helpful. Everyone really seemed to be enjoying themselves, including the staff! I can’t wait to go back!

Food was good and service was ok/good. It was a slow night and should have been able to do better but they were very distracted

This weekend evening at dinner time when the local baseball game was on-going should have provided personalized and individualized care. However, with one bartender and one server (I so no food runner or assistants or managers either) the service was slow. When it happened, the server was marginal but the bartender, Toni, was absolutely fabulous! She not only made you feel welcome and appreciated, she made the BEST Paper Plane in the Universe! The mix of doos that we selected was well presented and tasty. The menu however is very small and Pennydrop is more of an upscale bar with a small bar menu as opposed to a full service restaurant with an amazing bar. When the baseball game finished and a crowd from the game flowed in, the service slowed even further and lines at the bar were much longer. With a few more staff members, the experience would have been maximized. Regardless of this, I will be back for my next Paper Plane before I head out of town.
