Best meal I’ve had in years, service was excellent, staff was friendly

We had dinner at Hudson and Essex. Food was delicious, prepared perfectly. Service was outstanding. Will definitely go back.

Completely enjoyed the food, the wait staff, the menu options, and the atmosphere. This is a wonderful establishment for this community.

I wanted something special/different than our usual dinners out. This definitely delivered. Loved that we had no cell service so there’s no temptation for the mindless phone scrolling. We truly enjoyed our time and experience and the owners coming around was a true treat. You can tell they are passionate about their caverns and it is evident in the experience. Only recommendation we had was for the personalized menus to have the background of the caverns on the back of the menu for guest to read while waiting and an added treasure to keep.

Our waitress was fantastic and the food was wonderful!! We enjoyed ourselves immensly!
