Our evening was excellent in all areas- food was superb—the attention from staff in serving and attending to little things at our table was wonderful. Very unique menu that opened our taste buds to a delightful experience. We capped our meal off with two different desserts ( you must try all three desserts) . We were very pleased in all areas of our dining experience.

We so enjoy going to The Blind Finch. It's just such a special place. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If I had 1 critique, it's the food. While I totally get that it leans light "bar snack", I think that if they can find a menu that elevates and compliments their cocktails, that would be amazing! So much effort and craftsmanship goes into the cocktails, the food is an afterthought to me. Regardless, we will continue to go back as the whole vibe is great. We love the music and value having this unique gem so close to our area. It is so nice that we don't have to go into Houston for this kind of experience.

My dad wanted to try the porchop from TikTok, unfortunately they were out but made up for it! They didn’t have to go above and beyond but they did. Great service, great history great food!

Great food and service. Unique options such as fresh ground wasabi made for a memorable dining experience.
